Nu-Tek Products starts with Identity Preserved (I.P.), non GMO, organic whole soybeans to produce fresh, good tasting soy milk. This natural organic Soymilk is then cultured with selected strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium ssp., Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. This combination of probiotic microorganisms produces a healthy great tasting cultured soymilk. During the subsequent drying process, all probiotic metabolites and cell wall material remain in the product.

The presence of these microorganisms has the beneficial effect of enhancing the presence of aglycone isoflavone. The aglycone isomers of the isoflavones are more bioactive and absorbable.

The probiotic bacteria also produce metabolites as they ferment the soy substrate. During the fermentation process, all of these metabolites are retained in the spray-dried product. These components support improved intestinal health and immune function. These metabolites include organic acids, cell walls and peptides.

Organic cultured soymilk powder contains added calcium which is naturally converted to calcium lactate which is more readily absorbed by the body.
