Soy Fiber is a functional soy fiber produced from a carefully selected variety of soybean.  These soybeans provide a fiber with a very mild flavor.  The product contains approximately 28% soy protein and has very good water binding characteristics.  This flexible functional fiber can be used in meat, nutrition bar, pasta and bakery applications.
