Reduced Sodium Sea Salt 33 is a food-grade, granular, white powder made with all GRAS ingredients. It contains 27% Sodium and 13% Potassium. It is recommended as a 1:1 replacement for regular salt in any application. The effect is a 33% reduction in the Sodium content of the Finished Food Product. Further sodium reduction can be achieved by lowering usage levels in many applications.

Nu-Tek’s Reduced Sodium Sea Salt 33 can be used in processed foods, seasonings, meats, poultry and snack foods. It does not impart the typical bitter taste of most low sodium salt products.
