Nu-Tek Products, Inc. was incorporated in July of 1995 with the vision to develop, manufacture and sell value-added ingredients into the natural food, nutraceutical and medical food markets.  This vision has been expanded to include ingredients used in fermentation, pharmaceutical fermentation, films and coatings. 

Nu-Tek’s products are value-added ingredients that provide specific functional properties in a variety of applications.  These applications include functional food ingredients, yield improving fermentation ingredients and products used to make specialty films and coatings for use in drug delivery, medical device coatings.

The Company has sufficient trade secret and licensed patented technology to produce a variety of unique products.  These products fall into the following categories:  protein hydrolysates, dietary fibers, pectins, specialty sugars, low sodium salt and fermented or cultured products.  Nu-Tek intends to continue its path of protecting both its products and their applications.
